Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I went last night to deposit a check (larger than what I can do online) and the ATM said they aren’t taking deposits at this time.. Waste of a trip but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called today to try and see if they are now accepting deposits and no one answered the 4 times I called. They close at 4 on weekdays so I cannot make it during business hours during the week and need this check cashed ASAP. I’ll likely be looking for a new bank with better customer service"

"My local Bank of America branch would not answer the phone to verify a cashier’s check so that this branch could correct it for me. It was a very stressful situation since we were trying to close on a house that day and the banks were about to close, but Richard was able to figure out how to verify the check and really saved the day."

"Very rude. Just wanted to cash a check. They were trying to make it super difficult. They said they were sending a text (not sure why) never got it. Didn’t have my card cause I was going to cancel that account. They did not want to help me. Had to go home just find the card I never use. Came back and now they won’t close the account. They said to call. Wouldn’t in person be more authentic to cancel as opposed to over the phone? I will never recommend Bank of America to anyone. Horrible!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The bank manager is rude and condescending. My debit card was stolen and it's going into the 2nd week of me not having a card and because of how ride he is I don't want to even go in there and get my money. I will be going in there with my husband and closing our account and going to another bank in doing so I'll have access to my money much faster than them trying to fix it."
