"First walked in and didn't get the warm welcome I expected as the original salesperson pretty much walked off after showing us a few pieces of tile. The other salesperson was busy but we waited and she attended to our every need and was a great help, answered all our questions. She redeemed this rating. I don't think the first salesperson will be there long."

"Extremely poor customer service.. I walked around for 10 minutes and didn't receive a simple "Good Morning, how may I assist you". I was the Only customer in the store at 0900 a.m. so any one of the four (4) could have assisted but the all stayed at their desk area. Not a single one of them got up to assist. I will not be patronizing or recommending this location for anything."

"The tile selection here is amazing! A million times better than what you’d find at Home Depot or Lowes. Jenny was amazing! She helped guide all of our decisions and went along with my boho eclectic style and together we knocked it out of the park! The tile is gorgeous and she handled the selections like grout and bullnose colors, because there were too many to choose from and everything she picked worked to perfection!"

"They have a mediocre selection of mostly discount tile. We found one we kind of liked, but when we went to the store today to pick up the sample we had ordered, we could not get the woman working there to wait on us. She never spoke to us when we entered, spending close to 30 minutes working with some woman who kept complaining about her budget. Two other couples left. Then she skipped past us and moved to a woman who had come in a good 20 minutes after we had. When I complained that it was our turn, the sales lady was rude. I ordered tile samples from Amazon while I sat there, and then left. Took less than 2 minutes to find and order the samples from Amazon. Turns out Amazon has a huge selection of tile, and the one we ordered is about a third cheaper than this place anyway. Given that I need almost 200 square feet of tile, I'll probably save some money shopping at Amazon. Either way, Amazon has a much larger selection and you don't get ignored."
