Every employee I came in contact with was professional and kind, and even sitting in the lobby waiting someone came up and made sure I didn’t need anything. My service advisor Andy was great - he explained everything clearly, gave me all the options, didn’t make me feel pressured, and was very efficient with excellent communication. When I picked my truck back up the service advisor Angelia was just as amazing! So kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back to have my vehicles serviced there and for future purchases."

"Went here to get an oil change. When they were done a service advisor came to tell me they were done with my tire rotation and oil change. I never asked for a tire rotation when I brought my car in. I explained that to the service advisor and told him I just did a tire rotation a week ago and did not need that to be done. He said “ok we will take that charge off for you”. So I was going to be charged for something I didn’t ask for?? I asked them to rotate them back because I had just rotated my tires a week prior. Another 30 minutes of waiting and they rotated them back. Then I got my bill and it was $20 more than Capitol Toyota of Chattanooga charges me for an oil change… Needless to say it was not a great experience."

Their quotes to do needed work are very fair and much lower than other shops. Booking an appointment is easy and their technicians are first class. You are able to text your service tech throughout, if needed. The customer’s comfort is paramount as the waiting area is large, comfortable, and had an awesome Starbucks Coffee machine, complimentary water and even popsicles. Most importantly, repairs are done right the first time. Well worth the drive to Cleveland."
