"Great prices, helpful. However, the new rule that vehicle/trailer owner/operator must stay in vehicle is dangerous in my opinion. I think the owner and operator of a vehicle/trailer must always maintain executive function. How material is loaded, how doors are secured, matters. Don't take away the executive function of the person who knows the most about their vehicle and trailer in the name of politically correct "safety" - it's dangerous. Also, it makes it more time consuming when they have to redo stuff. I'm still giving 5 stars because they're just a great company in every other respect."
