"Do not buy doors from this company. They installed 3 different doors and 1 new frame in my new house and doors were bowed. Ok we still have the same problem and they say the wall is out of plumb well had two different contractors to check this wall is plumb. Said they couldn’t refund money so I guess we will seek legal counsel! Would have give them no stars but that’s no option"

"I have been using Dyke Doors on and off for 20 years (more off). This company does not care about anything but moving their product out. They have no control on quality and if they are contacted about it they completely blame it on installation when the mathematics of the door assembly proves otherwise. I am repairing my door and back billing the supplier, they can get their money from Dyke. Plenty of other door manufacturers, try some of them."

"I bought 12 exterior and 32 interior doors from Dyke when I built my home. I have 8' French 18Lte doors in the back and one of them warped 6months after install. The salesman Mr. Melvin came out and said the door was warped and they would replace it. They sent me two different doors out and the glass had the wrong grid. So know they have sent me a door without anything and told me a I have to hire someone to change out the glass!!!! Purchased from Lewis & Brady Hardware Fairmont NC Lives in Pembroke NC"

"Had a Dyke Industries door and side light installed. Worst mistake I ever made. The door did not fit in the frame that it was shipped in. 4 Months later can't get it fixed. Our contractor bought it from Lowe's. Contractor is now gone and when I was given the Dyke Ind. rep's name and phone number he complained that Lowe's gave me his number. My advice is to NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this company!!!!! Horrible customer service, I will tell everyone about our experience."
