"We purchased from here almost two years ago with no issues. This year we needed an Omni Cube HD for $550. We spoke with Derrick Russell he placed our order over the phone. When we checked our statement the charge was over $1300. So we called Derrick to clarify why we were charged more than double. We thought they would adjust the charge and issue a credit immediately. But Derrick never answered or responded to our messages. Several calls and emails later we spoke to an older women at the sales desk. She spoke w/Derrick and management (neither of which we could get on the phone) and she said there would be a return label in the box. Just send the items back to receive the credit. When we received our order there was no return label included. I was then told she could email a label. I got the email with no label. So I called AGAIN. When I finally got the label and sent the item back. It took almost two more weeks before Grand Quartz finally issued a credit for items I NEVER ordered. Needless to say this was a terrible experience that took way too long to resolve. We are a small business and prefer to support other businesses when we can. But the staff at Grand Quartz is very unprofessional and their management team refused to communicate with me directly(even after several calls trying to rectify a problem they created). Next time we will just use Amazon"
