"I purchased a burner for a hot water tank. ItoId the salesman i was unsure if i was going to use it or not and asked him if i could return it if it was unused? He said “ sure no problem as long as it was uninstalled i could return it”. Today when i attempted to return the uninstalled burner they said they would not take it back because the box was opened. I explained that the salesman assured me i could return it if it was uninstalled and they said” he is an outside sales. He was filling in and he should not of told you that. He should no better.” If no open boxes will be returned then they should tell you that when asked. The salesman actually joked about people returning items with the packaging destroyed. I spoke with the manager Jim and he could have cared less. It just sux when the big company screws the little guy!"
