"I do not recommend this place at all, I suffered discrimination from the dispatcher, I told him that I needed a paint for my deck, I looked at the catalog and they were there and he told me that he could not serve me, that it took 7 days to come, he had eyes red, pupils dilated, he moved restlessly, this was on 03/12/2023 at 230 pm, he made me feel that I was worthless as a costumer, I went to the other store in Riverdale and there they gave me what I needed in 20 minutes I was ready and I told them what had happened to me and they told me that the other dispatcher was wrong, moral, don't go there"
"I’ve never seen customer service like this before. Two ladies, unprofessional didn’t speak one time. I came in, walked the store, they looked at me and nothing. I selected my items and left. I’ve never seen anything like this. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE"
"Overbearing and unfriendly!! Went in to check out their mistint section in the back through a door that doesn't say "Employees only" and felt like the salesman went out of his way to stress we had to be watch to look at paints that had been returned. We have purchased many mistints in the past from this location but today for whatever reason we felt very unwelcomed. :("
