"Went in a week before Thanksgiving and looked at tile. A few days later we decided on a tile we wanted to use for our project. Then the total lack of courtesy and service kicked in! Despite repeated phone calls, vms, and the contact form, we still haven’t had a response from ANYONE in the Miami Circle location. All we want is to know the price of the tile! One woman told us they “can’t give prices out over the phone”! Two weeks and no response and no idea how much the tile costs? Unacceptable. I know WZ has a reputation, but this is pathetic. Run, don’t walk away from this business."
