"Been ordering product from this distributor for over 13 years, never had a problem until this spring. Ordered $2500 dollars worth of stain from them early May and got an email stating it wasn’t in stock and due to arrive June 9th. Reached out and they said it wasn’t in yet and asked if I wanted to cancel the order, which I did cause I couldn’t wait anymore. Never got a refund and can’t get a reply via email or order questions. Phones don’t work. Not sure what happened but stay far away from this place!"
"This is a fraudulent website. Never received product. Had to call credit card company to dispute the charge."
"Placed order for 1 product and was billed twice. Product ordered 04/03/23 and not received 2 months later. Cancelled order 06/01/23 and inquired days later if my credit had been issued and got the following response: "please call your card holder to issue a Charge Back on the Canceled order amount. We have updated our merchants bank platforms and can't issue the credit at this time." Not only inconvenienced by lack of service/product, but also having to deal now with credit card company to get my money back!"

"Great place friendly service! Actually pulled up and had a flat and the warehouse guy came out and helped me change my tire with a spare when my lug nut wrench did not fit. Class act and highly recommend."
