"Needs more consideration to accessability. When I worked here customers told me they felt unsafe walking up and down the front ramp because there are no handrails. There is a ramp with handrails in the back, however there are often plants and pots stacked up the ramp for display purposes, making the only handrail unusable. Many of the customers are elderly and have a hard time with entering and exiting the store. I liked working here and I liked my coworkers a lot, but the garden manager is ableist and unethical with his treatment of employees. He fired many garden employees and I left because he started harassing me. The managers inside the store seemed much more ethical toward their employees and I think any manager should be required to take a course on ethics and ableism in the workplace."

"Really disappointed with the constant false advertisements from businesses. Trying to sale customers in to getting something when advertising falsely the prices. Sign clearly states $24.98 a box. At the register however its almost $60 a box. Please move your sign to the proper product."

"I assumed ACE hardware was only a hardware store, so feel my astonished face when I stepped into the plant section! The selections are incredible, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and parking is the easiest this part of town. If you have a question about plants, just don’t ask the cats, they are normally in the zone and aren’t helpful."
