"Awesome Experience! The place is a bit dingy but the huge amount of variety wood they have makes up for it. The workers are laid back, cool down to earth and very knowledgeable. It was my first time there and a gentlemen name Mark gave me a tour of all that they had, from native to exotic woods. I even told him what I was using the wood for and he gave me a bunch of knowledge and selection to fit what I was working on. Strongly recommend even if you're new to woodworking."

And their veneer kit is the most expansive and detailed I’ve ever found. They use common names of the wood and also include the binomial nomenclature (scientific name) of each sample so you can actually know, for example, which maple species you’re holding. Highly recommend. Got an amazing 8/4 piece of walnut for my Roubo workbench vise, and I couldn’t be happier."
