"I don't know what happened to this location. We use to buy all of our boulders, stepping stones and blocks from here and never had an issue. The manager or guy(s) in charge were amazing. Now there's a lady here who upcharges everything (when I say upcharge, I mean the prices are more than any other Stovall location) and she has the worst attitude ever. No one even answers the phone anymore. I'm giving it a one star because I've complained about it multiple times and nothing is being done. We have taken our business to a competitor who is giving us better pricing and has way better customer service."

"Beware of dangerous, aggressive employees. As I was driving in 75 North a large truck from Stovall began to aggressively tailgate me. What's more is that since I was in the second from the right lane, they had no cause to do so. They could have easily just went into one of the left lanes. They elected not to do so in an attempt to intimidate me. If you see a Stovall truck, avoid for your own safety."

"Just left this place. Stood in the show rooms for 20 minutes. Went up to line and stood for another 4 minutes or so. 4 people were in there, three standing talking and another behind a computer and no one asked if I needed help. As a matter of fact, they avoided eye contact. I walked out; there happen to be a white lady outside browsing. She walked inside, so I followed. She was in there not even 2 mins and a guy behind a computer promptly greeted her and told her that someone would be right with her. I guess I should not have worn black today. I’ll do better next time."

Got the right person to help, then gave me what my options were. Several meant not purchasing anything from them, which is what they recommended. Wow!
