"There has been a continuous display of dishonesty, lack of integrity and sheer incompetence by this company. They did not respond to our warranty needs until we wrote an honest review last month. When they finally came to our home to inspect the work that they initially failed to inspect for quality control, not only did they show up on the wrong date but then acted as if they didn't see the defective work until I called them on it and asked them to bring out their leveler. They then admitted that our floor has a hump in it and they would get in touch with their contractor to discuss how to fix it. I am not sure why they need to contact a contractor for the purpose of fixing their shoddy work. They came to see the work on November 3 and they have not followed up since then. It appears that their tactic is to wait you out until you go away, but unfortunately for them this tactic won't work with us. Carefully consider your options before employing this company or entrusting them to do any substantial work for you as there are more trustworthy and truly competent flooring companies in Marietta and the surrounding area."

"Fleming Flooring installed the entire floor of our newly constructed home in conjunction with Chris Busby of Church Street Design and Build of Marietta, and in the end, it was a disappointment. Of course, it started okay because they showed us their various materials but in the end, after they got paid, the work was rather bad in some areas, and they were dishonest with their contractor. The steps on our staircase squeaks. They attempted to fix it once but it is still squeaking. The tiled floor in our bathroom has a hump in the middle of the room. It is one of the most bizarre tiling errors I have ever seen, especially by a professional, and appears that they did not use a leveler during the installation, or else the error could have been easily avoided. Their warranty lady, Kimberly, called me twice in July to schedule a visit to my home and I returned her call 3 times after her second call but they emphatically told their contractor that I had never returned their call, which is untrue and dishonest. Instead of attempting to reach me after they misinformed their builder, they stuck to their false story and they have failed to reach out to us since then. This is an issue that should have been resolved in 2021."

"We stopped in here to look at the LVP flooring because we needed something waterproof (just like the LVP signage in the store says it is) and when the girl working here asked why we wanted LVP we said it was because we’ve tried laminate before and had issues and then she proceeded to talk down to us with a MAJOR attitude as if we were stupid and tell us how it’s not waterproof. We’ve purchased flooring from here in the past, as have several of our family members. Needless to say, we walked RIGHT OUT. Will never be coming here again and don’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to be belittled and talked down to. We were in the store for less than a minute and she copped an attitude with us for no reason. If this is how you want to treat your customers, you shouldn’t be in business."
