"Great customer service by Mr. Micheal. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and will take time to address your painting project needs."
"I am shopping for paint for at least a week now. I walk into the store and it is empty. I then notice an employee on the phone in the office. So I go over to the paint chips on the wall for the 45 minutesas as Paul, (the employee) is on the phone the entire time. As I finally get ready to leave Paul walks out and ask me if there's a full moon because he's getting a lot of crazies calling.... I'm like What!?!?!? Best paint, horrible customer service. But I did speak to Bradley (mgr) and Travis (dist. mrg) and they are making sure this doesn't happen again."
"I walked into this store and was greeted by Paul, an employee. He helped me pick out some colors and was professional and courteous. I needed some time alone just to look at all the colors and see what I wanted to purchase. After Paul gave me my space, that's when I was distracted by this loud person. I couldn't quite focus due to how loud and rude this person was becoming. I assumed it was another customer until I looked around the corner and saw it was an employee, the assistant manager, that I won't name! She was dropping the "F" bomb very loudly and complaining about this "Rusty" guy that was apparently from another store that would block her from getting revenue due to just getting paints mixed for his store. The assistant manager also was answering her personal cell phone and cussing up a storm. I noticed another employee talking down and aggravated at the language barrier with a customer she was helping. Needless to say, the two female employees ruined my experience and lost me as a customer at this location due to the inconsiderate and unprofessinalism.....I was about to purchase $300(+) in paints too!"
"Have had a really bad experience at this location. I am a small business owner, a muralist. I went into this store after setting up a new account online to order my paint the day before I needed it. I asked very clearly if I needed to specify a time that I would pick it up the next day. The associate, after setting up another account for me because she said Id done it wrong, said that she would tint the paint as soon as I left and it would be ready for me when they opened the next day, so I could pick it up anytime. She assured me it would be ready. I asked if I could go ahead and pay for it so that I wouldnt have to the next day and she said that it was policy not to pay until it was tinted. And, I thought to myself, of course it will be ready... it's not like I'm at Wal-Mart or even Lowes or Home Depot. This is what they do, all they do, I'm not supposed to worry about checking behind them. And I was excited about having a place to go for paint without fighting with the big store bustle. So the next day I walk in around noon, and pick up my paint. Another associate is there. He puts it in a box for me and I pay and leave. I get to my job a couple hours later. I'm working on a 20'x20' mural. I unload all my supplies set up on the lift... open my paint.... and.... no color. It wasnt tinted. It cost me more than the paint cost to just get there and set up. And because I'm building my business and working on projects with serious deadlines it may have cost me even more. The 5 mins it took them to not do their job cost me hours of time I should have spent doing a job that was worth much more than just the check at the end. Honestly, there were so many places that it went wrong before it was put in my hands. I really wish Id have checked it. I really should have... but you know... it's Sherwin Williams... they said they would. . . So they should have. Hugly disappointed. When I called on my way back they apologized on the phone. That's all. I was looking forward, as a muralist to having a great relationship with my hometown Sherwin Williams, I dont think thats going to happen now. I get accidents happen. Absolutely. People have to be trained... sure. But that just shouldnt have happened. There were associates there every time I walked in. There's just no excuse."
"The crew there are very helpful, down to earth knowledgeable of the products they sell and had no problems answering any questions. Would definitely recommend this store over others in the area."
