"We went to Traditions in Tile per recommendation...poor recommendation! We understandably had to make an appointment due to the pandemic to pick out tile. They upsold us on providing a 'designer' to help us match our existing bathroom. We showed up 10 minutes before our appointment and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for the 'designer'. The designer was a joke. No assistance in matching tile or advice given, but we had a water leak thus desperate to get tile and picked it out ourselves. We ordered and paid for the tile on 6/1. To this day, we still have not received our entire order (18 days and counting). We have called the shop daily to find out when the tile is coming in. We have heard every excuse possible. I highly encourage you to find an alternative tile shop for your kitchen/bath needs. This company was highly frustrating to work with...take your business elsewhere."

Shane and the wonderful ladies at Tradition were able to help me pick the perfect tile to finish our project, even going out of their way to obtain tile from a manufacturer they do not have an account with. I ordered the same day I visited the showroom and the tile arrived a day and half later. Exemplary service, knowledgeable and friendly employees."
