"I dropped my clothes off and the cashier asked if I wanted it same day. I told her sure, she said only if it’s an emergency. I said, it’s not. She said you can pick them up tomorrow. I come back the next day, at the same time I dropped them off the prior day, and my items are not ready. $17 for just a jersey and a pair of jeans. The cashier says it’s not ready, I asked for a concession, then she says I can have them ready in 10 min. I go to my car, she comes to my car with the ticket and says, the receipt says it would be ready at 5p. I told her I work until six that wasn’t the expectation, I would have went a different route. She said, we always say “it’ll be ready after 5p.” That was a lie, she never said that. Another lady comes from the back and say she’ll have it ready in 10min. It was ready in 5min only the pants are not mines. She apologizes, I asked that for my troubles could they at least clean these items next time on them, they said no. I’m sorry. This was my first and last experience at this cleaners."

"The name says it all, "Pride Care Cleaners!" This business truly takes pride in your clothing needs and they definitely care about you as a customer! I've been taking clothes here for almost two years now and have no complaints. Their eco-friendly services are definitely worth it. I never knew that so many harsh chemicals were used in regular dry cleaning, but I'm glad to know that the "Wet Cleaning" service here protects the color in your clothing and maintains its original look. Not long ago, I discovered that they also offer a wash-n-fold service! I recently moved and was without a washer/dryer. This is the BEST!!! It's better than having a washer/dryer, reasonably priced and same day service if you need it. Aside from the quality services they provide, I really appreciate Jake and Augustin. They are always kind and friendly, and will do whatever they can to help you, even with a simple alteration. Thanks so much for being a 5-STAR business and caring about your customers."
