"I was quoted a price for my wedding dress and when I came back to pick it up they charged me an additional $60. There is clearly no communication on pricing between staff and owner because I was quoted a price and apparently the owner “refused to clean at that price” (-staff) and would not give me my dress without paying the additional money because they already cleaned it. Literally said there was nothing they could do about it. So unprofessional and very bummed as i could have gone somewhere MUCH cheaper at SIXTY dollars more than I was quoted. Ridiculous. Will never use again and will never recommend to anyone. SO SO unprofessional."

"They used to be good. No longer. Used to recommend, but after multiple times trying to use them it's become apparent they don't care, quality is worse than poor, takes forever and isn't done. Communication is completely lacking. Sad because a year ago they were great, not sure what the change was but don't waste your time or money."

"I came here to have some jeans tapered at the leg hole because they were too wide and going over my shoe. They altered my jeans perfectly. The woman who helped me was very friendly. I also dropped off a suit for dry cleaning. Good prices. QUICK service and very nice. I will definitely be back for any alterations and dry cleaning needs. Check them out."
