"I was needing some roof repair done. I called 2 other companies that had been recommended. I left a total of 6 voice mails on cell and home phones. No answer over the next 3 days. Then, a friend that had used Andrew before gave me his number. I called and left a msg. within 5 minutes he called back apologizing for missing my call. He told me when he could come. That day turned out cold, windy and rainy. About a hour early he called to say he was on his way! When he finished, he asked about any other work I needed done. I had 3 floodlight fixtures that needed replacing. I told him at age 73 my wife didn't want me on ladders anymore on our 2 story house. He offered to do the work as soon as I got the fixtures. Again, he showed up on the day and time we agreeded to. I've made another friend and will call him we needed. By the way, I was pleased with his work and with his charges!"

"Never showed, sent one text a hour before they was supposed to show up. Never tried to set up follow-up appointments. Would not recommend."
