"First, the owner's reply to a potential customer below should tell you all you need to know. Personally, I called him out to fix my electric gate that he had installed for the previous owner. He "fixed" the gate and sold me 6 new remotes, a battery, and a year maintenance plan. The following day when attempting to leave my property, the gate was not working. I called, and he did walk me through how to manually open the gate, as i was trapped inside. I nicely asked when he could return to repair the gate. He stated it might need a larger solar panel. I said that would be fine. He stated he would return the next day. I made arranagements to stay in town the following day. I called around 3 pm the following day to find out when he might make it. Left message. No answer, no return call. I made arrangements to stay a 2nd additional day and called 1st thing the following day. No answer, no return call. Had to leave the 3rd day, but left an additional message to let him know. I attempted to reach him on 3 additional occassions. Never received any response, so basically, he sold me things he knew wouldn't work and does not honor his maintenance plans. This is a theft of services situation, imo. Avoid. *update* one year later and no return call, not even to honor the "maintenance agreement.""

"I have called several times and left voicemails for Tommy Hicks no return phone calls this week.. this week I was supposed to get a call from them on Monday about coming out on Tuesday for a quote could not get through to this company I have been calling and leaving voicemails only to get no return calls. Photographs of my gate were sent as well as the gates wets and photographs of my gate were sent as well. I cannot speak for the quality of work at this time as nothing has been done. I understand a company can get busy but not returning a potential customers phone call resulting and me questioning if I had an issue down the road how hard it would be for me to get a hold of y’all’s company?"

"Painted Pony. I assure you that if you would have called and left a message Tommy Hicks would have called you back. I have not spoken with you, I do not know where you are located or have any pertinent information on you. So, therefore, you should not leave ugly messages downing the company when we haven't even spoken to you. And as far as money goes, we accept cash, cards or checks. We do go out on FREE ESTIMATES. Again, if you would have contacted us, we would have responded. (I don't think you would like for me to "throw off" on your business either for not having what I wanted and your store didn't carry it.) Businesses should work together not against one another."
