"I came to take a load which shows 42000 in the papers. After I scaled I realized that the load is 45320 which is different in my opinion. Disappointed ☹️"
"Ordered a large area rug distributed by this company through Lowe's. Very poor quality, as we found 4 major flaws in the pattern. Really glaring when southwestern patterns don't match up. Very poor or no quality control. Rug is going back to Lowe's and no more dealings with this supplier. Let the buyer beware!"
"I loved the customer service, all of the rugs look amazing, the prices are incredible, I have always stuck with this company, and when I am I need of a rug I will always find an amazing looking rug in their selection. I do not see how people would dislike the United Weavers. Keep it up with the high quality service!"
"A complete disaster. No quality control. They obviously place profit over anything else. I bought 1 rug a single scatter. It took them 3 times to send the correct rug and when I got the rug the binding was messed up along one of the sides. Customer service refused to give a refund along side being rude and short then hung up on before I could finish. I will not deal with this business again. They take your money and run with it. Their going to go under its just a matter of time and publisity."
"I don’t write reviews but I guess one advantage of the technology era is you can actually put something out for all to see in the event that you are let down by the end result of an interaction. I contacted this company in regards to Menards item number 7641109. It is a primarily blue white and charcoal rug and my wife and I bought it for our camper. It required trimming to fit and upon completion I noticed that the white was now brown, the blue was dark blue and the charcoal was pitch black. Reached out to two of the nicest customer service personnel who were more than willing to go above and beyond. I took personal responsibility for cutting the rug and did not expect anything free, merely acknowledgment that the rug turns color upon a 180 degree rotation and an offer to assist at a discounted rate toward the purchase of a new one. Upon providing images to the supervisor, Dianne, she overrode customer service’s acknowledgement that the rug does indeed change colors and she suggested I mount a light under the table and it will look normal. I then sent 6 additional pictures in both indoor and outdoor high/low light scenarios and also put a remnant directly in the center of the carpet under the table to illustrate the stark difference. Dianne then responded that there was “nothing they could do”. When I asked how it might be possible that customer service reps were confident of a solution to assist, she said there was no possible solution because they would have to sell the carpet to me and then charge sales tax and “the Vice President would not be happy about that.” It was at that point at time I realized we have yet another example of a company claiming to care but being held back by management wanting to save a dollar but losing tenfold in the long run. Again the customer service reps here were amazing and did not promise anything out of sorts. The decision landed on Dianne’s desk and she labeled it as lighting/customer inferiority. And thus she saved the company the wholesale cost of the rug in the short term. Unfortunate."
