"If I could give zero stars I would. I took a pair of new jeans here to be hemmed. The woman had me try them on and hemmed them. She talked me into getting to “New York Hem” which was more expensive. I picked up the jeans and took them home to try on. The hems were disastrous! There was the entire hemmed part of the cuff just hanging down and unfolding, slipping past the hem and it was awful. It looked like a ten year old did it. I took the jeans back to her and explained and showed her how horrible the hem was, and the cuffed material was just hanging down because the only secured in at the two seams. She asked if it was okay if she cut the hem out, and I told her I didn’t know and she was the seamstress; what did she think? She then informed me she does r do the alterations but sends them out. I said surely they can do something to fix my jeans, and she said I would have to pay 30.00 again to fix their mistake. Terrible alterations and terrible customer service. She should have at least refunded my 30.00 and send me somewhere else for the repair. I would never trust anything at this dry cleaners, ever."

"While the people were very friendly...I got home and noticed all of my dress shirt collars had creases in them that shouldn't have been there. If the collars were done correctly...I would have definitely used them again, but now I am not to sure."
