"I drop off a karate top to have patches put on and to be cleaned a week in advance. He said it would be ready that Wednesday before the tournament. It was not. I stop by Tuesday at 5 no one was there. Their business hours are 9 to 6pm. I called Wednesday no one answered. I went Thursday morning to pick it up at 10 am. The top was not ready and I was asked to return at 4pm. I came back at 3:50pm. They were closed no lights but a car was there. I am just now getting my Top. And he swears he was there. He charged me the full price. I should have taken pictures. I will never go there again. No one else should. He was very unprofessional and junkie."

"I had to give them a one I order to write a review. I took my granddaughter 's dress to be cleaned. I could have laundered it at home, but the first time I washed it I had to be extremely careful to keep red dress from fading on white collar. When the dress was dropped off, this was explained. The dress was supposed to be ready in two days. When I went to pick it up. I was told it would not be ready for another day. When I picked the dress up, the man at the counter hung it so that front was facing away from me. I looked at it briefly as I was leaving. I noticed a little fading. When i got home and removed the bag , I noticed a lot more fading. When i called, they offered to reclean the dress, but I'm afraid they will totally ruin the dress. I am trying to spot bleach the collar and i think i will be able to repair it some what. For this i was charged $9.50!"
