"I used this cleaner multiple times to get my suits and shirts dry cleaned with no issues. So I trusted them to do a good job. Recently, I had a mold issue in my apartment, and found mold on my clothes. I brought it into the cleaner and was told that they could easily take out the mold. I also brought in high end coats and jackets that were exposed to mold to be cleaned. When I came to pick up my clothes, none of the mold from my suits and jackets were removed. My high end coat was damaged. The coat had a rip, the buttons were damaged, and the coat was no longer soft, but very rough. The color of the coat had also faded. No compensation or refund was provided just rude and angry remarks. Never coming back again. I recommend you find somewhere else for delicate care. Basically anything with wool/cashmere or silk stay away. IF YOU NEED DELICATE CARE ON YOUR COATS/JACKETS DO NOT COME HERE."

"UPDATE: I went there again. This time to trim the hem of a trouser. ($11) ————————- I’ve only gone there once and it was for a simple dry clean order. The place may look really run down from the outside, but the environment is very friendly and they clearly put effort into giving good service. It costed $9.25 to dry clean a two-piece suit. It took them only one business day to dry clean, but they let you pick it up on a later date (as shown in receipt). When I picked up my order, the owner welcomed me and she even did a quick swipe on the suit with a lint roller before handing it to me. I learned that it’s a family owned business from the owner’s daughter who told me her mother was out of town. Her mother is the owner and is the one who can do alteration services."
