"They are amazing! I had a wedding on a Sunday and I came in on that Friday to have some alterations done. I wanted to come in sooner, but I wasn’t able to. I am very top heavy and my dress barely covered anything. I needed fabric added on the front and the sides of the top. Basically a whole redesign of the top of the dress. I also needed it hemmed as well. I was hoping there would be enough fabric from the bottom to fill in the fronts and the sides since I was cutting it so close to the wedding date. They expressed that it would be a lot of work, but they were very gracious and accepted the challenge! They had it ready for me the next day! They saved me and I really appreciate the expert skill and the great customer service of the whole staff! Thank you all for your hard work! The wedding was awesome and my dress looked great!"

"A-1 Superb! If there was a 10 star rating I would rate a whole #10. Ellen and her staff did a Fantastic Job in altering this 2 peice for my daughter. My Co-worker gave my daughter her daughter's prom dress from 2018. Ellen altered this gown and had it back in my hands in 72 hours. This was a a rush alteration and she graciously accepted the challenge. When it was completed she saw some flaws I didn't see and made some more impeccable corrections. Along with dry cleaning the gown it had 9 layers in the skirt that was hemmed 9 LAYERS!!!, Hooks that wasn't hooking that she made into Loops using the fabric that was cut off (GENIUS!!!). Then added hooks in the neck area for added support since my daughter is top heavy. I trust Ellen's opinion and expertise. Worth Every Red Cent for the alterations. We are thankful, grateful and appreciate the care she and her staff gave my daughter. She has altered at least 20 pieces for me thus far and all came out great. You will not be disappointed. ❤️"
