"It states that the last wash is at 7 which clearly I did that about 6oclock & added extra rinse on my load…I put my clothes in the washer for 60minutes…my clothes wasn’t finish drying at 8 & the worker kept looking at me strangely so I ask her what happened…she said we close at 8 I said ok my clothes almost done drying which it was 24 minutes left on the dryer… she called her boss who said for me to take my clothes out the dryer & take it to the laundry down the street to finish drying my clothes because her employee is ready to go…she did offer to give me quarters back for the remaining drying time…THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS TYPE OF WAY…I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!"
"Very clean, the woman on duty greeted me as a entired with a beautiful smile. She was very friendly. The neatness of the laundromat was what impressed me the most. Lots of washer and dryers. Used the laundromat to wash my king size comforters. multiple size washers available."
