His focus on "relationship management" as one of the key / core values for his business can be seen and experienced in every encounter. And the resulting work reflects this practice within his business model. This was a complex multi-level residential property with lots of spaces requiring deep cleaning. Maceo's team delivered on the contractual arrangement but went over and beyond in terms of the extras that many times vendors will ignore (simply because the items were not contractual). I don't have the before and after images, but the differences were stark in their comparisons. As a Board member of this community, and one of the decision-makers, we will be repeat customers.
