"I contacted Silver Lining to inspect my two gas fireplaces. One my husband had cleaned completely. All the man did was look up the chimney from my room level. The one upstairs didn't ignite when the switch was flipped. We had an electrician change the switch prior. To his visit. When he left it was working. Then we didn't need it, so until the weather turned cold. It called and left several messages. I have yet to receive a response. I paid $250 for services. Mow I have to go elsewhere for the same thing. You should stand behind your work."
