"Do not shop at this location. Had employee do a false return on my account on an expensive headset. So now that the headset is no longer working and still under warranty they’ve pretty much told me I’m SOL. I’ve been going through corporate in attempt to rectify but I’ve already had to contact corporate multiple times, having to give the exact information repeatedly even though there’s a reference number to the issue. I see a BBB complaint in their future. *Update as of January 24th 2024 It’s now been over 2 weeks waiting to hear back from the district manager. I repeat do not shop with GameStop unless you want these kinds of headaches, they’re obviously ok with their employees committing fraud."
