Air Medic

"I have a high-end, energy efficient, "all the bells and whistles" Bryant System which is a little more than 3 years old and still under warranty. It had been acting squirrely for over a year now, crashing and then re-booting itself for no apparent reason. Other technicians had suspected that the high-tech thermostat was bad, but couldn't get another due to the China "chip" issue. Finally, when they became available, Louie with Air Medic installed one. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue. JJ came out yesterday and was able to decipher that the condensate pump was bad and was causing the system crash. He replaced the pump, and I had AC once again. WooHoo!! JJ figured out what no one else had been able to, and did it with such a great attitude! He is a credit to Air Medic and his profession and I couldn't be more impressed with his expertise; and, more importantly, his determination to fix the problem so I could be comfortable again. Thank you, JJ and Air Medic!!"

"My heat had been tripping the breaker every night for the last few days. I called Air Medic on a cold Friday morning and they were there within 1 1/2 hours! JJ knew his stuff. He quickly installed a new breaker and capacitor at a good price. They were fair and honest. They didn't try and tell me I needed something that I didn't. I will be calling them again if the need arises!"

"Our unit is OLD rheem. It quit blowing cold air yesterday. Called Shawn, with air medic this morning. He was here within 30 min. After checking thoroughly, he changed our capacitor, and gave our old compressor time to cool down. A tech came back about 3 hours later, and we turned the unit back on. It took about 30 seconds but that compressor started working again! We appreciate them not trying to sell us on a new unit, but I assure you. When we decide to get one, it will be thru Air Medic. Very fair pricing, and honest hard-working folks. 10/10 5 stars! Highly recommend!"
