I was able to get there when they opened and got the shirts back in the early afternoon. The staff is friendly and understanding! "I dropped off a T-shirt that got some automotive grease on it along with the black, gritty stuff from steering joints. I didn't wash the shirt before I dropped it off because I'd heard doing so would "set" the stain. I wanted to continue wearing the shirt in public since it was a special gift from my daughter. Unfortunately, however, some stains are impossible to remove despite the best of efforts. Rome Cleaners did a terrific job in removing the stains to an almost unnoticeable level, though. I'm pleased with the company's professionalism and courtesy."

"Gave them a Michael Kors suit for cleaning, which included a nice non-iron Michael Kors blue shirt. Got a Ralph Lauren Polo shirt back from them. Clearly, they gave someone away part of my three piece suit I bought. Would not recommend if you want to keep your suit intact. -EDIT 03/31/2016 The cleaners have found my shirt and apologized profusely. I have changed my score from a 1 to a 4 due to their professionalism and sincere apologizing."
