"My vehicle was stolen & then recovered by Bailey's. Even though the officer told me to get what I wanted out of the vehicle. Bailey's refused to let me near it stating it was against regulations & that I could come down to his lot (without a car?) bring him $250 (& the keys) and he would let me recover my belongings. I had just lost my job, a single mother now without a car & a lot of our daily usage items were in the SUV. And he refused to let me get anything out of it. Drivers license, credit cards, tools, documents... The list goes on and on. He avoided my for over a week. Knowing I had to go out of town at that point. By then the bill got higher and higher. After a while he said he would "settle" for $150..I won't pay a con-man for using his job to steal from people. I'll lose the irreplaceable & important to me items that have little to no value to anyone else. Before I pay that company."

"He done a great job. Hated that the phone number online was not his correct number and had to be given the number by his mom, but all is well."

"I was helped immediately but he charges $100 more than other wreckers. He is demanding of money and will show up at whatever location you are at and will call the cops if you do not have the money immediately as if it's your fault that you do not have funds."
