"I’m a Black guy, and I’ve patronized this place twice, and I can tell they did not want me there. Even though I was polite and showed manners, they were stiff and somewhat rude. I hate to bring race into it, but I don’t know what else could be the cause of the negative energy towards me there. I’m polite and spending money, so what else could it be? I’ve patronized this place 3 times just to be sure and every time I was met with negative energy. They did not want my business. Maybe other’s experience may be different but if you are Black I would recommend you don’t come here. Always go where your business is appreciated."

"Great experience here! It’s a small place but they had just what I needed and they have most of the basics of running a small or large kitchen :) the couple running the store was super helpful and the man helped explained the difference between the material and items I wanted to buy"

"Great things about this place: 1. Incredible selection, particularly of knives. They carry far more diverse options than the nearby competition. 2. The staff actually knows about the products and can answer questions about them. 3. They're open on Sunday. Very convenient. 4. The interior of the store is packed with products in the best way possible. For each category, you're just going to see more on offer than anywhere else, and they're maximizing the use of the space at every turn. It gives the place a very cozy feel. The place feels like the sort of restaurant supply store you'd see in a city like New York or Boston where floor space is at an extreme premium, rather than what I'm used to seeing here in Atlanta where retailers have more room than they know what to do with, and the parking lot is twice the size of the building. If you've ever visited an old library with shelves packed tightly together and enjoyed it, you'll enjoy being in this store. Since other reviews talked about it, I do feel I should confirm that they do have an employee accompany you throughout the store. It's just the way they work. If you think this would bother you, it may not be a store you'd enjoy shopping at. However, if you actually like being helped in stores, I don't think you'll be bothered by it. It's just a matter of personality."

"I have shopped here for years. I never looked at the reviews before. A few things to clarify, this is a restaurant supply house, not a Williams-Sonoma. They follow you around to take the items from you and bring up front. There is a bit of a language barrier. I have never found to be rude or suspicious. I come in I pick out the things I need, ask a few questions, pay and leave. It's not a place to browse around."

"oriental lady there is so rude. I wouldn’t give her even 1 star. Went to buy kitchen supply and was greeted by saying “what do u want”. Then later she says I have business here while I was making a total of my stuff. The. She said I don’t think I want ur business. I was very nice to them the entire time. This is the worst people to buy From. Will never go back or recommend to any one."
