"I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. I have yet to talk to the preparer who scheduled our appointment, had our documents for OVER ONE MONTH prior to April 15th and was NOT prepared when we came into the office to finalize and sign our return on APRIL 18th. I have sent several email with PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE this email in BOLD to no avail. No callbacks, no answers but a myriad of concerns. The woman assigned to our file did not even know how to open multiple attachments on email sent to her, so when my husband and I came in to the office she insisted that we had not sent her documents; but of course I did she just didnt open them. When I asked where was the folder of documents that we left with her in March she said somewhere around here. At this point theres no way I want to continue working with her, someone else at the office needs to help us. At or scheduled appointment to sign she said, well this is not getting done today and I dont have time because my next appointment is here - EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Displease, frustrated, annoyed and feeling extremely vulnerable because your employee has all of my personal info and wont call back, reply to an email and did NOT complete our return in a timely fashion....so we know we owe GA and we are just accumulating interest because of her INCOMPETENCE."

"Made a huge error that could have cost us thousands of dollars liability to the IRS if we didn't catch it ourself. Hang up on us when we called to inform them of the error so we drove back to the office to get that fixed and filled an amendment. The service we received was not worth the $469 filling fee we were charge. We will Never use again"
