The team did a complete demo and remodel of our entire first floor, changed the existing floor plan, constructed an addition as well as a covered deck! Oratel is wonderful in color and style selection and Isreal manages all the details and knows everything there is about construction! If you are looking for a solid company call them! You will not be disappointed- they are the best!!!"

Casey the on site foreman was patient listened to my ideas and alway came up with great suggestions and solutions to anything I brought to his attention. This was not a fast project nor was it the cheapest quote by far. But it was done right, and the end results are out of this world. IF you are doing a bathroom Remodel ADD the HEATED Toilet seat!!! I which I had done this in ALL bathrooms not just the master :)"

"Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again for additional projects. High quality workmanship and customer experience delivered at a market competitive value. Great experience to work with them, from start to finish. Israel and Ortal provide a phenomenal customer experience, working to understand your design preferences along with your potential everyday use of the spaces. We had some initial design ideas in mind, but they really helped us consider some different options that made a huge difference with the final design, in terms of visual aesthetics as well as bathroom functionality. They were never pushy, but offered alternatives for consideration and let us make the final decision. They talk through colors, tile options, grout colors, tile layouts, where fixtures will be positioned, outlets, moving walls/electrical/plumbing lines, and more. We did a renovation of a double sink full bathroom (no layout redesign, just overall updating everything) and we also did a more complicated master bathroom renovation that included a full layout/plumbing/electrical change including moving some walls too. We went with a combined tub and shower "wet area" design for the master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results! The initial contract was very fairly priced and had detailed line items with clearly delineated scope of work to know what the cost included, general allowance pricing for fixtures, and potential add-ons like a curbless walk-in shower entry and adding in a picture window. They still had a lot of flexibility and strong communication throughout the build process as well, accommodating minor shifts in the plan seamlessly. This ultimately meant we stayed within the initial project budget and had no change orders for two bathroom projects! Israel and Ortal are onsite frequently to check in on progress, help decide on and confirm design details (e.g., cabinet pulls/handles, paint colors), and ensure things are going smoothly. Crew members worked reasonable hours without any late nights or weekends interrupting our routines (aside from the obvious construction underway), and they generally plan the work to move forward as efficiently as possible (aside from unforeseen delays like one of our bathtubs arriving damaged from the supplier and efforts to coordinate a replacement). Crew members are all polite and respectful, and demonstrate high quality workmanship. Every now and then I would interact with workers directly to answer questions or check in on things (I work remotely from home), but I largely didn't need to do any of that because Israel and Ortal have good communication with their crew members so they know what they need to do without really needing additional guidance from me. You don't have to tell them decisions multiple times, and they keep track of all the details and get it right the first time (e.g., the hole cutouts for the two countertop slabs were correct for the different set of faucets, the shower glass was measured correctly and then installed correctly without any delays/issues). They are easily accessible in a group chat thread they establish at the start of the project, and they are very responsive. I have definitely worked with other contractors and on some large home renovation projects. In my experience, this company sets the gold standard for a small business renovation contractor. With no one else demonstrating near the capacity to be thorough, insightful, helpful, collaborative, communicative, cost-effective, and quality-oriented. I'm still FULLY OBSESSED with the bathrooms they completed for us and BEYOND HAPPY with the experience working with them. Just hire them for your next project already, ok??"

"They did a screened in porch for us on back of house! From the moment we met them to the moment it was finished; they were so easy to work with! Very cost efficient, always communicated with us about next steps, showed up on time and kept everything clean! I trusted anyone from this group that came to the house! Was fine leaving them with access to house at any time! Always were very quick to fix anything I didn’t like( which was very little)! We use the porch all the time all year round! It has added so much to our house! I could not be happier and we are already talking to them about doing more projects!"
