"Shady organization. They were paid twice, by me and by Blue Cross/Blue Shield. This was months ago. I was given many assurances during multiple phone calls that a refund of around $920 would be sent. Every time I called to get a refund status, the information on when I’d receive it changed. Today I was told to check my bank account.. it should be there. It wasn’t. Today’s call with a supervisor could only provide more assurances I’d receive a refund but only a window of 30-45 days. I’m reasonably sure if I call back in a week or two I will gear something new. Not rated by the BBB. Holding on to $$ due to be refunded from many sources appears to be their business model. Effective way to make a living apparently."
"This company has been sending harassing emails for the last three weeks. The emails all look like something that came straight from the scammers handbook on ID theft. They started texting now, but they refuse to say who they represent, or how much is "owed". Tried to call them but they just want all the scammer ID theft information. They claim they are representing a doctor, but refuse to say whom that doctor is. None of the 13 emails have identified anything like the doctor or services, or an account number. The links in the email all direct to suspicious websites (good scanners) so not clicking them. I would avoid them, I have never authorized any doctor to send only electronic bills, and all my doctors are in the same network, which has its own billing. This has all the earmarks of being a scam and I hope everyone is smart enough to avoid contacting them from the phoney emails they send. You claim I owe you money, you send me a paper bill. No bill, no payment."
