"I was unsuccessful at passing the CFP exam. I paid the extra for the guarentee to pass program. If you do not pass you will get a refund. I requested a refund and was told I was not eligible because I did not meet the criteria for the refund. This was the first I heard of the stipulations. My rep offered to send new books if I waited until the July 2024 exam. I asked for the manager. She said ok and hung up on me. A few days later the manager emailed me telling me she found the phone conversation where the rep told me about the stipulations. I requested the phone call to be sent to me and now almost a week later nothing.. so save your money and take a different review program."
"The Dalton program is good but the customer support and success coach absolutely suck. They have deactivated my account 3 times for no reason, and totally disrupted my study Schedule. They are very slow to respond to requests and I have had a horrible experience with them"
