"We bought our cookware set in the late 80's. After more than 25 years of use, the handle on the frying pan would no longer stay tight. It was difficult to identify the proper handle because the pan had no model number on it, and my wife placed about 3 orders, each for the wrong handle. She had to return each of them. Credit for each was issued promptly. On the last order, a note from Customer Service was included requesting she send them the pan if the enclosed handle wasn't the correct one. We returned the handle along with the pan and the worn out handle. On Dec. 27, we received a new design frying pan with a short and a long detachable handle. NO CHARGE."
