She did them while waving her fee so that we could maximum refund to be able to take care of my fathers afterlife needs. She assumed that my income didn't meet a certain threshold which was her way of justifying the lack of respect in our short engagement. She wanted me to do the work that I hired her to do, like basic math. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. She did not complete my taxes but took my deposit. If you are a business owner or need your taxes done with a great customer experience this is NOT the person or place to go to."

"T Brandy was unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money. Times are hard as it is don’t add this to your pile. She pre-judged us and explained that since we didn’t make a certain amount of money (she gave numbers) we were not her “ideal customer”! Nevertheless she still took our deposit and never made that clear in the beginning. We feel not only disrespected but cheated. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I wish I had someone to recommend, once I do I’ll update this review. Take care out here."
