"Regrettably, my experience at Cellairis was beyond disappointing. I approached them seeking help for my computer, only to have Abby, Tessa (the store manager), and Ivy not only fail to resolve the issue but also damage my computer. What added to the frustration was the absence of a filled pre-inspection sheet, a tool that should have documented any prior damages. Tessa's refusal to provide clarification and her dismissive, rude attitude compounded the problem. Her transfer to Ivy, who outright accused me of dishonesty when I mentioned the scratches, was unacceptable. However, I had taken pictures of my computer before leaving it with them, clearly showing it without any damage. Their denial of responsibility and claim that the computer was already damaged on arrival is both unfounded and disappointing. I intend to escalate this issue to corporate as it's disheartening that a company would hire individuals lacking integrity. Overall, an extremely disheartening experience."

"I can't say enough about Ivy, Tessa and Kennedy!! I was having issues with my port and had to get it replaced. Worked great for about a week then the same issue returned. We figured it was defective. They replaced it with another new port and accidentally broke the back of it. The next day there was a crack on the front that none of us saw. I did see it the next day, called them and took care of the situation. So extremely helpful and sweet. Most other places I don't think would of handled it so well. If you ever have ANY issues with your device, go see them!! Thank you again ladies! Y'all rock!!"
