Reviews
"The man there was exceedingly kind with quick service, and my bike feels better than when I first bought it."
"Extremely friendly, helpful, and insightful. Not only did he fix my bike for barely anything, he offered advice and explained everything he was doing. Will be telling everyone I know to go here!"
"I dropped my bike off on 8/7/23. James said it would take 6 days to get to my bike. I went by one week later and he said he had two bikes in front of me. I gave him another week and called. He then said he had one bike in front of me and he would get to mine the same day. I went by yesterday and and he said he forgot all about me. I took my bike and now trying to find someone else to fix my bike. Very poor service! I wish I could give him a negative score but since I can't I'll give him 1 star!"
"I'm on a cross country road trip and broke a spoke on my mountain bike. James was able to get the wheel right in and fixed in a timely manner. He even took the time to explain how the spokes work as teams and what to look for in the future. James loves his job and you can tell."
"I bought a bike at The Bike Shop almost 15 years ago and have been taking it back whenever I need any service. They treat customers right. They never try to sell me something I don't need. When my mirror broke and I went to buy a new one, James told me how to get a replacement mirror rather than buy a whole new one. When my taillight quit working and I went to buy a replacement, James tried to fix it rather than sell me a new one. James has done very minor repairs (like gluing in pedal reflectors) on a walk-in basis at no charge. When I needed a new odometer that would fit my existing bracket, Daniel rummaged around in the back and found an old one that he sold me at a very reasonable price. They know me by name. This shop may be smaller than some others in Auburn, but they do their very best to treat their customers right and provide excellent service and advice."
