"I stopped here recently to get some merchandise. The store manager was extremely delightful and very helpful. The customer service was great. Overall, they seem to be extremely busy, but managing the overwhelming amounts of merchandise and services in an efficient and customer oriented manner."
"I never received an email explaining that the financial aid had a due date for the bookstore. I called in at noon to speak with someone to get clarification of how to order my books online. The male worker told me that I would be able to come in and they could place the order for me. I called at 12:00 I got there after my class and they told me that it closed at 3: 00 and there was nothing they could do. When I spoke with him on the phone he did not explain that at all. I also went through my email and did not see an email stating that financial aid had a due date. If I would have seen that the email had in fact came I would have understood. But the fact that I called and he did not tell me this I find very unprofessional. Then his lackluster response to not explaining the situation when I still have time to come in."
"Such a cool store attached to the Starbucks but staff incredibly rude! On Thursday, Oct 19th at 12:07PM I asked to buy a pack of scantrons. The girl was sitting on her phone and rolled her eyes at me when I spoke to her. When she asked which ones I need I asked to see them because I don't know them by name. She proceeded to talk to me slowly as if I was a child. When I said "You don't need to behave like that towards me." She rolled her eyes again and continued giving me attitude. I think I'll just get my scantrons in HOAG from now on. :/"
"It's a nice bookstore. Things are expensive as one would expect. In my opinion most of the items we looked at whether it was clothing or gadgets were over priced. This is why I deducted 2 stars. If things were more reasonably priced it's definitely 5 stars."
"Cute little store with books, supplies, and school swag. The price for a calculator was much higher than Target but I guess that is expected."
