"Calvin was awesome with getting my 9 year-old daughter and I set up to ride the tandem bike around town. I highly recommend renting from Pedego, as the tandem bike had an electric option to make going up the steep inclines much easier! We had so much fun exploring and riding around town and the river front. They even provided a helmet for my daughter."

Adam is great to deal with; he also has Pedego rentals and his shop is perfectly placed allowing a sightseer to easily ride anywhere in the Metro area or the entire Riverwalk. On a personal note, I am having so much fun with this bicycle; it enables me to visit all through the downtown area without the hassle of searching out parking and having to pay. I can ride it anywhere without worrying about steep hills. The headlight is more than sufficient for night riding, even though I've added more safety lights for visibility. The brake light can be seen from a distance. This bike is quite easily operated and the battery has a very long life. It's a great investment for both pleasure and business especially with today's gas prices."

"Update Aug 2022: we've been back many times to buy accessories, for questions and tune-ups. Never have we had such great service from any business in my 55 years. Can't recommend them highly enough. From word of mouth we had to stop by. We weren't misled or disappointed. They are the friendliest no pressure people. We were comfortable asking questions and getting real answers without any other motive except to educate us. We tried a couple different set ups and sizes to make sure the fit was right. They quickly assembled and installed the accessories that we purchased. If you aren't sure you need to stop by and rent a bike and take it out for a while, you will be hooked. There is plenty of room around the area to test the bikes out. We've been back many times for maintenance and to get other accessories. I can't say enough positive about this store and the people who own and operate it. Don't try to save a dollar and get something online. When something goes wrong or you need help where are you going to go. Pedego has 100's of shops nationwide that can do just that."
