It's ALWAYS so warm and inviting, and I don't have to even think about being talked down to or being ignored when I say that something wasn't done correctly. I scheduled my appointment the same day, and I got there late (my bad again). I had let them know I had to leave by 3 to get my nephew off the bus, and even though I was late she still gave me an amazing pedicure and PERFECTLY POLISHED toes AND had me out of the chair by 2:59!!
