"The most trash lids in GA. They are always closed during business hours and today I learned why. Walked by the store around 6:30pm and the gate was down (closed). I walked around the mall and went back past lids around 7pm. This time the gate was up so I went in to shop. Heard one employee asking the other employee about where he could go in the mall to hangout and just come back to the store at closing time. These folks don’t want to make money or sell a hat because they don’t want to work. Do better."

"Lids employs rude and poorly uninformed staff such as Ja'nae Scott, claiming to be the store manager in this Mall location. She purposely provided me the wrong corporate information & phone numer in hopes I wouldn't make my complaint. I will follow up with the correct department. Also, the store hours reflected on google are wrong and caused me a waisted trip, time & gas when I called and was still provided inaccurate information. Ya'll need to do better. Update: I rcvd a return call from corp and Markus apologized for my inconvenience and offered a discount for my purchase."

"I got a lids gift card for Christmas finally had time to go shopping for a hat took time to finally find the right fit was happy but when it was time to check out they told me sorry we can't take lids gift card we have the new system you can only order online so I was ok let me order online and pay for the hat and just take it home I'm already here she was oh no you can't do that you could only order to be shipped to your house they need to stop selling gift cards"
