"I knew what I wanted when I walked in. My son had already done the comparative shopping for me. I met Jacob, and showed him the product on my iPhone. He looked it up and told me that the price had dropped by $50. He got me the product and the software I had requested. No upsell. He explained some things about anti-virus products and made a recommendation. He was obviously prepared to answer any questions I had. I was out the door in 15 - 20 Minutes. Great store. Great service."
"I drove in from midtown Atlanta to purchase a USB C with lightning connector (not made in China). As I looked up to read the aisle/item location signage I was approached by Alex R. who took me directly to the item and opened the package for me to confirm the correct cable, said thank you and directed me to the checkout line. There is one checkout line, with four registers open, (there were 15 people ahead of me) but it moved quickly (Through to a register in 7 min). Elian V. was the cashier and he was very personable thanked me and offered either a paper or e-receipt. My experience at this Micro Center was complete, customer focused, and I found both associates knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this Micro Center and will make the 25 min drive in from downtown Atlanta to shop here again. Thank you."

Descent selection of electronic gadgets and home appliances. In store, online or store pick up are popular options. More choices on the website. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking"
"I made an appointment for 11:20 when I arrived they told me that apple doesn’t communicate so I would need to sign in and it took until 12:17 for it to be my turn. What’s the point of making a reservation if it’s going to take an hour to get service. I didn’t stay cause I have to pick up my child from school which is why I made a reservation on apples site. But now I have an appointment with a real Apple Store where service is a bit better!"
