"Y'all really need to regulate the print line better. I stood there for 10 minutes with not one person finishing their print job. A girl had her computer out searching for the documents to send. Perhaps make a sign saying people need to email their documents and have the code ready before stepping up to the printers so at to limit their time occupying the printers and be more efficient overall."

"I asked for help with grease china peel off pencils that is in stock at this location, but my respond was look in the same section I already observed. No one didn't see if it was in stock and the manager was having conversation with another employee about nothing that was concerning the jo . When I told her I was doing a review I got the help I wanted and the same stock employee I asked for help the first time (when he was sweeping the floor while eating) assist me with information I needed with his watch that had the stock inventory information. I was in there literally 15-20 mins when I already asked for help when I first search the item that was not there. People need to work on customer service, because this could've been easily avoided."

"Went into the store to pick up a print job that I had placed online earlier. The job was finished within 2 hours of me ordering it. I also realized I needed a piece of computer equipment and they had it in stock. I even remembered that my wife needed a small umbrella for her car and indulged in an impulse buy because it was hanging there in the checkout line! It reminded me that she was in need of one. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me - a product was easy to spot behind a glass case door - that wasn’t quite opening up for us. The associate opened the adjacent door and climbed inside to retrieve the item. So I would recommend a visit. They’ll work to get you what you want. It’s still really nice to be able to physically walk into a store and leave with the items you want. Thanks again for your help."

"I had received an online coupon for copier paper from Staples. I confused the two stores. When I arrived, I asked the salesperson if I would have difficulty redeeming the online coupon. He said they would gladly honor an internet offer. By the time I arrived at checkout, I realized my mistake and told the same salesperson, who was checking me out. He said, "We'll honor it anyway!" Made my day and restored my faith in retail!"
