He went above and beyond to make it happen on a time crunch and we are so grateful. And he was incredibly polite and friendly during the entire process. Dear Management: This store needs some serious upgrades to its printers and Jade needs a raise!!!"

"I wish I had gotten the name of the associate who assisted me the other day. He was incredibly polite and super helpful. I wasn't sure what I needed for a print job, and he had the perfect recommendation. Pointed me in the right direction without any pressure or tacky upsell. I was truly taken aback by what a good customer service experience it was. I've had a couple less-than-ideal experiences at Office Depot/Max, so I figured I'd give Staples a try. I'd been to a Staples maybe only once or twice in my life! They will be my go-to from now on. Highly recommended!"

"BEWARE of this location! If I could give this store location ZERO star I absolutely would. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called to inquire about an Amazon package return that I trusted Staples to send back. A few weeks later Amazon never received the package. So I called and spoke to an associate to figure out if I can get some resolve on the issue. The lady I spoke to was extremely RUDE and kept speaking over me. I never received an apology or any resolution. The associate woman basically hung up on me after asking what her name was and asking to speak with her Supervisor. When I tried calling right back to speak directly to the Manager, the call never went through. I'm highly upset and deserve better customer service! Do better Staples!! Learn how to treat customers!"
