"Didn't have time to fix our kids bike due to my work schedule. Send my wife here to have them fixed them. How much they charge for service then the bikes still have problems and l now making time to do the work myself. Quote on quote a racist toward my wife when she explain to them the bikes were not fixed properly. Do yourself a favor if you are Black go somewhere else where they value your business and truly will fix your bicycle the way it need to be and not scam women out of money for poor quality work."

"I recently took my bike here based on the stellar reviews they received online. Those reviews did not steer me wrong. I arrived on a Saturday morning with an older mountain bike, 2009 Jamis Dakar XCT, that needed to get brakes checked out. I was greeted by Joel outside. I was prepared to hear I needed the work up since the bike was old, but Joel was very honest. He recommended a brand new updated brake set up, an adjustment on the rear derailer, and told me I would be good to go to thrash on it. The bike was in better condition than I thought and Joel did not recommends things I didn’t need. I really appreciated that. Since it’s been a while since I rode, 11 years, and technology had advanced so much, they recommended I just ride the bike for a year and just said to invest in some good flat pedals and shoes. That recommendation made a world of difference in my first ride back coming from clipless. This is a very trustworthy shop with great customer service. I will be back for my mountain bike needs. "Great customer service we got here because somebody recommended us this place. Joe assisted us with our bike. He was a Pro, patient and respectful. He took it in right away and told us what we needed. He change the part that was broken in the front wheel in seconds. He recommended a tune up however we were in a hurry and couldn’t leave the bike. We will definitely come back. You can never go wrong in this store."
