"After the 90 day trial, I find I’m on my own with no customer service response. I’ve been calling Az and Lauren (manager) at the Lenox Sq Atlanta store & CEO since Jan 2020 about a Jan 2019 purchase. Disregard what you are told regarding the 10 warranty. One rep told me it sounded like the installation (adjustable bed frames from Casper) was done incorrectly by a 3rd party vender Casper sent to my home and that could affect the mattress performance. The twin XL mattresses shift in all directions approximately 2-3” every day and there is sagging in the middle of each mattress. The motor also stalls on the adjustable frame. Casper mattresses should be in the disposable category."
